Default Day 2 ****No cheat :}

Yeepee day 2 no cheat. It has been 3 long months let me tell ya. I never saw it comming. Scared me to death. Just a little cheat here and there can't hurt anyone right? Wrong... Well I should say wrong for me..

But through the love and support of all my dear LC sisters and brothers I am back ontrack. Want to send you all a "BIG HUG AND KISS"

When I saw the scale creeping back up to 150 I just about ****. Am now at 144. Had to hit a bottom again. God willing I learned from this.

But still not smoking. That was my excuss for cheating, since I was being so good and not smoking. Phewy. Always have rewarded myself with food. Gonna have to change that now too....

God Bless each and everyone of you darlins...Have a great week.

Diana

Way to go for breaking the cheat cycle!! It could have been a LOT worse...some people have a "cheat" and keep on eating carbs day after day and never stop. Stick with it and that weight is going to come back off!

I am glad to hear that you are back on track. Congrats on your healthy choices, especially quitting smoking. That is a major accomplishment. Now you can get back to concentrating on LC'ing. I come to this forum everyday for support and it has proven to be a godsend for me. Hopefully, you will come here often for your support system!
