MOMD #8. Amazingly, I got back on track while on vacation. I'll make it through the weekend and will tackle the work week - which is usually my downfall.
I am MOMD #8! On Day 6, there was candy available. I walked over to the bag of candy, looked at it, read the types of candy in the bag, and then ... walked away. I felt powerful!

I am MOMD #12! After 48 hours only drinking chicken broth and Emergen-C, I had more broth but also some chicken salad (chicken & mayo only). My stomach was giving indications of being hungry although I didn't feel like eating. I don't know that I'm feeling better but I don't feel worse. I'm crossing my fingers that I keep this from moving into my chest.
