Worst month ever for me. July has got to better. I'm fed up with this roller coaster. Time to buckle down and move on...

Worst month since I started.
(Even in November and December I lost, despite Thanksgiving and Christmas, ... )
Definitely need to analyze why I broke in so easily.

I'm just glad a new month has started, that'll give me a clean page to start with.

I'll just accept my new higher "starting weight" and go from there.
Looking back beating myself up won't help me in any way.

I'll just "dig my heels in" and keep going.

In my life, a month without gaining weight is a good month. You've done great so far - even through this seemingly endless stall. Stick to your plan and the scale should start moving in no time.

I lost steadily down to 375. Then the scale stopped moving for 3 weeks. It just so happens that I started my last attempt at weight loss in 2010 and my starting weight was 375. I think my body was playing some sort of cruel joke on me - reminding me that all I have done so far is lose the newest fat. Without making any changes to my way of eating, the pounds starting coming off again. June was my also worst month so far it terms of overall weight loss - even with a really good final week. Hopefully, both of us will have a better July.

Congratulations to those of you who had nice results with the scale in June! I enjoy watching the pounds roll off of you almost as much as I do losing the weight for myself. Almost. This forum is full of hot chicks who just keep getting hotter. What is not to enjoy?

Thanks for the kind words. They boost me up. I'm back to being determined. Already had a 1.2 loss for today. I'm ready to be smaller.
