Worst month since I started.
(Even in November and December I lost, despite Thanksgiving and Christmas, ... )
Definitely need to analyze why I broke in so easily.
I'm just glad a new month has started, that'll give me a clean page to start with.
I'll just accept my new higher "starting weight" and go from there.
Looking back beating myself up won't help me in any way.
I'll just "dig my heels in" and keep going.
