Default Hemp Protein no-bake "cheesecake"

I've fallen in love with the wonder of hulled hemp seeds (aka hearts), tastes like walnut meat, bland/sweet, VLCarb...super pure protein with all essential amino acids- ideal as meat replacement for plant based diet.

Hemp Hearts Cheesecake- or dough balls AKA Protein+Fat bomb

2 oz good quality cream cheese (no fillers etc) Kraft brand OK
1 tbl grass fed butter
1 tbl HWC or coconut milk (Thai style in a can)
3 tbl hulled hemp seeds (Just Hemp brand or what you can find)
Plus-
1 scoop (30 gr) Warrior Force vanilla hemp & brown rice powder
1/2 tsp vanilla or almond/lemon/raspberry flavor
Plain/liquid Stevia and or Truvia type sweetener to taste
Plus-
Almonds/nuts, berries, whipped cream topping if desired

Soften cream cheese in small rice bowl, add soft butter, mash, add flavors, hemp seeds and protein powder, cream, sweetener continue mashing with back of big soup spoon or a fork.~ 1-2 min.

Serves two, roll into balls and into almonds, chill in fridge; or eat immediately, add toppings. Use tiny spoon to nibble from bowl.

Luscious cookie dough like taste/texture with a nice protein punch

total calories: 608, 30 gr. Protein, 40.5 gr Fat - makes 2 servings

I'm Stage 4 kidney disease patient, a LCHF diet is ideal if I substitute hemp protein/eggs for any meat/fish. I eat nuts, full fat dairy, and veggies in abundance. I still stay <40 carbs a day, am losing weight, enjoy satiety. A low protein/amino acid supplemented diet spares kidney function, and helps avoid dialysis. Nutritional Ketosis makes calorie restriction enjoyable. Healthy kidneys can process higher protein, but for CKD'ers a non-meat diet has been proven to reduce oxidative waste processing, support function.
