There is a store in Dallas called Catherine's. I don't know if they have a web site but the clothes are so cute, and well made.

Default not on line but a great bra store in arizona

Commenci in tucson (at shannon and ina) and green valley, arizona is well worth seeking out if you are in that part of the county. my mother took me there because she had gotten bras there before. we are both the same hard to fit small shoulders and rib cage but big boobs. so i was expecting a lingerie store. kinda strange - no underwear in sight, but lots of scarfs, some jewelry, some bathing suits....and a lot of stuff with pink ribbons. it's a speciality store for breast cancer survivors. something i did not know even existed but can very sadly see the need for. my mother had a mastectomy years ago and found this place kinda by accident while looking for a new prosthesis. i don't have breast cancer but they were more than happy to measure and fit me. and actually, the saleswoman (who turned out to be the owner) was a lot more picky about finding me a great fitting bra than i was. and it took a little while but "the girls" are very happy and comfortable now.

Bumping this so I can find it.

I'm going to a very dear friends wedding at the end of the month. I haven't seen him since I went lc, and I really want something that fits properly, but also that is me.

I like dresses with flared skirts if I can find them, or a skirt and blouse combo because I'm 3X/26 on top, but 4X on the bottom. Every where I look its straight or tapered skirts, and that just doesn't work on my shape!

Suggestions? I used to adore Big on Batik, but since the new management, they haven't had anything want.

I think I'm going to have to give up and make something, or wear the dress I have even if its a little big.

Dear Designers-
Just because you don't like them doesn't mean women don't have hips! Hippy women need clothes too!

Disgruntled shopper.

Nothing I like is fashionable this year. whinge.
