Hi Jmill, welcome aboard. Most important tip is to read a low-carb book, in case you haven't. Take a look around, there is plenty of published information on the website (from the menu above) and plenty of shared experiences by the members of this forum.

Smile Commitment

Hi jmill

How is it going? Another thing with Induction is to commit yourself for TWO SHORT WEEKS before making any decision as to whether you like the diet or not.

Sometimes initial Carb-withdrawal symptoms lead to anxiety and giving up before you've really given yourself a chance to succeed.

One of the best ways of staying committed is to log in, chart your own progress, check out how others are doing - basically keeping the right company for the diet of your choice.

Take care.

Cool Doing Well

Things are going well for Jeff and I. We are both loosing weight. Does anyone know anything about leg cramps. I have had terrible cramps for the past two days. Maybe a calicium deficiency??
