I notice something in Schwarzbein form, you guys dont talk much or dont answer much others aside from the same 2-3 people. Your too quite. Maybe no one is following this plan . It would be nice for some that are really following this plan to help out more the newbies cause it is a plan a bit harder to do and to get use to. By all means, I am not saying this to be rude just that this Plan is different and I am sure there are tons of you guys out there that isnt sure about certain things from the S books. Hopefully, we all understand that this way of eating makes more sense then all the other diets out there and for the ones that have started dont give up and hangs in there cause it is slower to see results towards the weight side but faster towards getting healthly. Anyhow, I will try to help out others from what Ive read and what I doing so far cause I am new to this too. Weekends Im not much on the computer so hopefully others can help out.
