I've been away from the daily weigh-in for a few months now. December really kicked me in the teeth this year. I need to get back to daily accountability.
I am coming back for a while now. I have struggled to stay below 170, much less 160. It is an odd time to return as I am going to Florida for 10 days starting Tuesday. But I wanted to commit to this now.
Good to see so many of you back. Thanks Greek Ribs for continuing the forum.

The bump up is inflammation. Hubby and I dug holes and planted a couple of pecan trees that were a gift from a friend. Entire upper body is aching from the shovel work.
