Default 10 celeb-tested toners

I was looking through Self magazine and I found these 10 punch out cards with a toning exercise on each side of the card and which celebrity does the exercise. At first glance they all looked pretty easy but I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly suprised to find out that the moves when done correctly and slowly really worked my muscles. The next day I definitely was feeling it. Just wanted to let you all know about these exercises. They are in the most recent Self magazine.

The toning moves are kind of involved so it would be hard to list all of them on here but one that I thought was kind of cool is one that Julia Robert's does and it tones your butt and thighs. It's called a T-Pose. You need to have 10 playing cards and be holding them in your right hand. Stand with your feet together. Keeping your hands in front of your chest lift your left leg back and lower your torso forward until your body becomes a T. Maintaining that pose deal one card onto the floor in front of you. Then lower leg and stand up. Repeat until all cards are dealt and the switch legs and hands and pick up the cards one at a time.
