In terms of supplement pills, they are good for people who lack something of importance.

I know a few of my friends who do not get their good amount of intake of all the vitaments, and minerals. I got them some natural imported pillls all from herbal sources. I took them for a while, because I wasn't eating enough of a variety - because for a time I was cooking myself (lol).

In regards to magic pills (who knows?) if one makes a successful one, be sure to let the others know, but til then the self satisfaction that you get from achieving a big goal like loosing weight is priceless and is a life-changing experience.

Does anyone know anything about "Mega-T?" I tried it once and seemed to lose appetite as well as weight. The ingredients are green tea, chromium, garcinia cambogia, guarana, eleuthero, bladderwrack, fo-ti and gotu kola.

I have been looking back over my weight, supplement, exercise, etc. logs. I have been taking CoQ10 for over a month. During that time my weight loss was the best it has been since induction. My exercise is up a little and I have been pretty disciplined. But looking back and considering that Atkins (and others) think CoQ10 helps with weight loss I couldn't help but wonder. Any one else had any similar results?

I tried CoQ10 for about a month and had no measurable results.

All I know is gotu kola makes a nice ground cover in a wet area!
