Wink tracking weight

hjsmom,

have you read the CALP book? I track my weight just like they suggest in their book.

I weigh in every morning. chart it.....and then average it after a whole week. Then I can see what I have lost from one weeks average to the next. It is really good for me to look back over the months and see what kind of progress I have made.

The reason I like a weekly average over a one time weigh in is because I would hate to do my one time weigh in during my TOM and have it be higher....... or after a day that wasn't as ideal as I wished. I think a weekly average saves me from dissapointment.

This is what it looks like: (this is actually from my journal too!)

wk beg ave for week
tue wed th fri sat sun mon
2-19 171 170 170 169 169 169 172 170.0
2-26 170 169 169 168

I started my period last Monday..... so you see.... had I weighed in on Monday I would have been bummed.

I am a 'jump on the scale fanatic' and this works good for me. I look forward to it every morning. I know lots of people hate the scales. But if you want to weigh in every day I think this is a wonderful way to do it.

Glad you are here!

Default messed up chart

hmmmmm..... I made a nice chart and then it changed when it posted. boooo......

well...... my week of 2-19 average was the 170.0 and my tom started on monday of that week and I was 172 that day.

hope you can decipher that.
