Smile First Week Progress

I am so pleased with this WOE! I thought it would be much harder!!

After one week on the SP program, I have lost 3 pounds, but best of all, I have lost inches!! My waist is already 1 1/2 inches smaller, and my tummy (measured at 2 inches below navel) has shrunk a full 2 inches!

I will have to buy more books! I want to loan mine to my mom and dad, my sister, my daughter, my daughter-in-law...you get the picture!

Now to just get my husband convinced! He has enjoyed the high protein/fat meals I have been fixing, but still clings to his bread, pasta, cereal, cereal bars, caffeine, and sweets. I'm worried that this new WOE might do him more harm than good, since he has not reduced his carbs. He wants to have it all!

I'm hoping as I continue, my renewed energy, health, and fitness will inspire him to join me!

Thanks for all the support and information!

Trudy

Default Congratulations!

WTG!!!! Feeling great, losing inches and, let's face it, scale weight is wonderful!

As for your husband...you can only lead by example as you said!

Continued good luck,

Lisa

WAY TO GO!!

Isn't it great to have found the solution. Your husband will come around . Mine was just like yours, he still has soda and chips, but that seems to be his only vice these days and he is trying. He has cut back. He loves the fact that I am cooking at home. He is really enjoyng the food I fix. Keep up the good work.
