Default Evening Premrose Oil and ALA

I read that Dr. Bernstein says that these two supplements when taken together will lower BG some. Have any of you used them and if so did it help you and how long did it take to notice any difference if any .

Just a note about this. I tried ALA and it upset my stomach badly. It's best to get the kind w/an "R" before the name.

I tried both many years ago when I first encountered Dr. B. I couldn't tell any difference. I was not taking the brand he recommended since it was very expensive. But the one I took did have the same ingredients and strength.

And as Ann noted -- be sure to get R-ALA and make sure it is stabilized.
