Default new and happy to see so many others!

i have been do low carbs for 7 days now and have lost 5 pounds, i was not going to weigh, but i had to. it gave me a little boost of encouragment. i have noticed that i am not has hungry all the time as i use to be. my biggest problem is getting rid of the caffeine. i live on diet coke and coffee. any suggestions?

Welcome!
I had the same problem, but didn't find it all that hard to switch to decaf......the caffeine free diet coke really isn't all that bad, and decaf coffee never tasted any different.
