Its been a while but I've almost done with 2 weeks of not cheating. Question is this, my ADD symptoms got worse, I day dream more easily and vedge all the time. Can this happen?
Is it possible that you're a little low on essential fatty acids? IIRC from my research when I was looking for alternative treatments for my DD, many people with ADD or ADHD have an increased need for specific fatty acids and benefit from supplementing with them.
