I whip up peanut butter cocoa, heavy cream & splenda! Yummy
Also, any flavor jello & heavy cream is awsome. Sometimes I add a little cottage cheese for a little added texture!

A little update on that one... These days i'm having a mix of Crystal clear Iced raspberry + lemon Jell-O powder with my whipped cream... Awesome! It helps in resisting the tempting ice cream on hot days!!

Speaking of ice cream, I use heavy whipped cream and SF orange jello in a blender, then freeze it for a oooohhh so yummy treat that tastes amazingly like a Dreamsicle ice cream treat to me. (I never measure things, but I guess its a couple of tablespoons of dry jello mix to a cup or better of heavy whipping cream. This is better if eaten slightly softened )
Hope Ya'll enjoy.

Wow! Sounds great! I used to make this whipped cream where you soak lemon peels in the unwipped cream for about 2 days before whipping. This would be much faster!

Thanks for the recipe - it was awesome! Dh and I are doing induction this week to get back on track and I was looking for a quick dessert to whip up. This was perfect. Dh doesn't like anything that tastes like cheesecake, so that eliminates a lot of options. I think I used better than half of the jello powder, but I just kept adding it until it tasted good.

I use the jello with cream cheese. I'll have to try the whipping cream too.

Can't find the sf lemon jello anywhere around here. Do you think the powererd lemon crystal lite will work?

I liked some of the ideas in this thread. I'm going to have to buy some more SF jello so I can try it! Tonight I made whipped cream and put in 2 squirts of DaVinci Cookies-n-Cream syrup. It was absolutely wonderful!

I use 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, 2 pkg of cream cheese, 2 small pkgs of lemon or peach sugar free jello, 2/3 c. water, and a tsp. of coconut extract. Whip it and refrigerate.
