I just switched my Callanetics to Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays. I used to do Callanetics on the same day as I do my WATP, but I was trying to get both of them done before lunch and was having a hard time wanting to get started.

I am actually considering increasing Callanetics to five times a week. If I decide to do that, I will schedule them on Mondays through Fridays. On the days that WATP is scheduled, I will still get them done but I will wait until after lunch to get started.

I am taking a trip to Las Vegas next week so I will be taking my Callanetics and WATP dvd's with me so I will not miss a workout!

Thanks for the info..I have done 10/10 previously 3x's a week, I was never able to maintain the 5x's a week schedule myself, but you seem determined and motivated the two major components to getting it done.

Watp..walk away the pounds??? or is it something completely different.LOL

I noticed this thread and did some research on callanetics. It was originally focused for people with injuries/pain. I thought it'd be perfect for me. LOL
Anyway, ordered the beginning callanetics cd and am looking forward to checking it out.
