dont know what happen but I cheated and I had to have that bowl of cereal but now that I know how it makes me feel after I cheat I wont do that again

We have done it and will do it again. Don't beat yourself up it just makes it worse..

Now you must be flogged in the court yard just kidding. If I had lost a pound for everytime I fell off track over the years I would be ...well non exhistant cause I screw up alot lol

Cheating here and there can be a non-event as long as it's just a single time. The problem for me was always that cheating led me into more cheating right away ("I ruined it by cheating with that donut, so I'll have 3 more...and more tomorrow, and so it goes). The idea is to get right back on track and in the long run it won't hurt you. Lots of cheats day after day are what hurt!

A good cereal substitute is grounded flax seeds and wheat bran in cold watered down cream or LC milk. I sweetened this with Sugar Twin Brown Sugar and a little Mapeline (Maple flavour)
