Default "LUCKY CHARMS" YUM!!

I have to share this with my atkins friends..
I am so excited..
Okay so I know there were orignial recipes of butter/cinnamon/splenda
okay well I put about 1 tbsp of SF vanilla creamer in the mixture and
dipped pork rinds in it

interesting, i haven't tried anything sweet with porkrinds yet... sounds yummy!

i made a cheesecake crust from pork rinds one time, it was pretty good...i sort of made it up as i went. i think i just crunched some up, mixed it with butter and liquid sf sweetner, and baked it...then topped it off with some cream cheese that had been sweetened a bit...not to shabby! only took like 10 min, too...

That sounds magically delicious. Oh wait, that's the EVIL version of Lucky Charms.

I have purchased cinnamon pork rind puffs from Netrition.com. They are very tasty.
