tomorrow will be my weighin day, i haven't been home all week and today when the scale at school was available...i had already eaten two meals...and besides....it's a completely different style scale...so i think i'll just stick with the one at home. so i'll weigh in the morning. i'm keeping my fingers crossed. i avoided the darn bake sale all day! it was smelling up the whole hallway....lol. and god how i love fresh baked cookies and cakes....i swear i could eat a whole dozen cupcakes by myself if they aren't the store bought kind...gross! lol.
Hope you're all doing well...i feel good staying on track..i've promised myself crablegs on wednesday night of next week if i stick to it a girl needs a little motivation

I usually weigh once a week...wednesday mornings are typically good for me. Sometimes i'll weigh daily just to track it...but i don't record it.

well I'm down 3lbs from yesterday and I was right on because house guest TOM just arrived so I am prob. really bloated....about 14lbs worth of it...

and have any of you heard of drinking tons of water combating water gain? I heard or read that somewhere and was wondering....
