Does anyone have a good 45 min workout plan?

I believe that starting out walking is absolutely the best, there are some great exercise tapes/dvd's out there too.. If you can stand him, I love the Richard Simmons workouts, his workouts are geared for us overweight people and they are great and he's 'been there' so to speak.

cardio workout? (running, walking???)
