Default Thanks so much to all in the TDC and ALC
I wanted to thank everyone in the TDC and ALC for being such wonderful cheerleaders in my journey to a new self for the first time in my life.
Getting kudos from you all makes those tough days a little easier and besides the LCing and exercise I think the emotional support and reading about others day to day low carbing and sucess and yes even reading about other peoples stalls and steps back reminds me I am only human and can do the best that I can do.
Lets pat ourselves on the back for not only being there for ourselves but also for others in ALC!
