I chose the title "Fit for Fall" for a couple of reasons: First, one definition of 'fit' is: 'suitable for a particular purpose'. I'm taking a little liberty here to say the closer we are to normal weight, the more suitable we are for the purposes of feeling good about ourselves; for enjoying life, our families, friends, and the world around us. Secondly, I personally feel more fit, the lower my weight is. I'm lighter on my feet, have more energy, and feel better up to the tasks of life. Even a few pounds makes a difference!

Since September 23rd is a Wednesday, weeks will start on Thursdays, and end on Wednesdays.
To join, copy and paste the most recently posted chart (the last chart someone posted...always look for it at the end of the last page of the thread), add your name in alphabetical order, your 'Current Starting Weight' (whatever you weigh on that day), "to be added" under "Weigh-in Update", and your goal weight for September 23rd.
Note: this week, from now until Thursday, June 2nd, we will only be joining and establishing our chart. Beginning June 2nd (through the 9th) we will correct our starting weights, if necessary, and the challenge begins! First weigh-in update will be the week beginning Thursday June 9th.
Updating your weight each week: Same process: copy and paste the most recently posted chart (the last chart someone posted - look at the end of the last page) into a new post, and enter your current weight for the week under "Weigh-in Update".
