Default 1 week down and I feel good!

I ate chicken with veggies yesterday. It was cooked in veggie. oil. Are mushrroms good for u, 'cause I wanted some but didn't know if they were good for u or not!

Mushrooms are on the phase I veggie list of acceptable vegetables.
Have you seen the food lists yet?
Do you also use olive oil?

It was veggie oil. I couldn't remember if mushrooms were acceptable. I only focused on the meats 'cause I'm a meat chick, lol.

It'd be a very good idea for you to print up the food lists and meal plan guides to use as reference as you learn how to eat this way.
