My artifically high start weight resulted in a win this time. I can't believe I was exactly on the nose this morning on the scale. Even though I've bounced, I am still one pound below where I was when I started the bounce, so victory!

I just don't lose weight this fast. my body weight goes down almost 10 pounds a month but never 5 in a week....but it's been fun.
