CRICKET - I hope your arm feels better today. Good luck with finding a good surgeon. At least you have many to choose from. Why would one deny you? I am curious.

CHRISSIE - I hope your whoosh fairy finds you tonight. Stable may be ok, but a loss feels so much better.

LISA - Congrats on your .4 lb drop! I hope you & I can inch down steadily together again!

KATHY - Congrats on your 1.5 lb drop! A nice loss to see! Hope it continues for you!

HIMI - I hope your little bounce rebounds today with some to boot!

SUNNY - Welcome back from vacay! I hope your reasonable gain disappears quickly. We all seem to be doing the induction here again - like Cricket said.

Beautiful sunny day again today. We will not be seeing rain through the next week, so I better get out and do some watering. Good long deep watering. Don't want the flowers to droop! I'm expecting more work today, so I will be busy all day. I hope you all have a great day, and eat wisely!!! Maybe we can ALL see drops on the scale tomorrow!!!

PAULETTE.. good on the loss! Myscale is down a tad.0.2.Hardly worth a mention. AS for the surgeon~~ 6 years ago I saw one of the group's partners for the bone cancer pain.got a shot and ended that relationship. Did not like him nor the fact that I did not have a chance to say NO. He just looked at the nurse, nodded and stuck me! So, to me, seeing a MD 6 years ago for 10 minutes does not make him MY doctor. Unfortunately the group does not switch patients.... HERE is the good news.. I asked 2 friend, both of whom had serious orthopedic issues. One foot and one back. BOTH saw orthos in the same practice and this is the very group that I have names on! I am happy about that. tomorrow I will see about going to the office and finding out who does shoulders and set up an appointment to get the ball rolling.May take a couple of months before I can even get in. Will see what happens.

I had B/L/D in the grove. ate a good pound.Drank a ton of electrolyte drinks. Bewteen those i will be bloated and out of ketoisis. Not great.I will not worry about berry carbs at this time. I had to stay out and pick and sell.
Shoulder is killing me after all day in the grove. I DID however discover that this group that I had heard nothing about are so well known by the "right" people! This is a sattelite office ( built a lrge building in the physician complex) and main area is in GA. Unfortunealtey their surgeries are all in a hospital that is 100 miles north of here. I will see if it is an IN-NETWORK facility. I HAVE to go to In NETwork. The bills will be sky high even in the approved network. Will be paying it all off forever . SO, tomorrow I will skip the pool and make some calls and visit the clinic.

Sorry for the late post. I went in to work early...still trying to get caught up and then my son called and wanted me to watch my grandchildren for a couple of hours after work. A couple of hours turned into 4 hours, but I enjoyed my time with them.

I had a big loss today, but I'm not sure that I would end the game unless I know that it sticks. I would probably give it another day. I didn't get much to eat last night as I went to a meeting where they provided a meal if you wanted it. It consisted of salad, bread, stuffed shells, meatballs and cake for $11. I asked them if I could just get a salad and a meatball and they said they couldn't do that. So I told them I would just get some water to drink for my meal. I ate a few nuts and some left over roast beef when I got home at 9:30, but by that time, I didn't want to eat much. 2 1/2 lbs seems like a lot to lose in one day. I didn't feel like I had a lot of fluid that I would have lost. Again, I think I would rather wait a day to see what my weight is in the morning.
