Default Day 1 induction 5-22-15 Anyone Else

Hi, I'm on day 1 of induction 5-22-15. Goal is to look a bit trimmer in about a month and meet my goal by this Fall. Anyone else want to join this forum during induction and talk about food cravings and success. Would love to have some friends to share my dreams of croissants and hamburger buns with. Lets get going.

For breakfast I ate 1 egg and some trader joes bacon. Feeling stuffed. Normally I don't eat breakfast at all.

I'm going away over the weekend, but will join you when I get back on Monday. I started LC again in March and lost over 20 lbs by the beginning of May, but have been back and forth all month. Only down .2 for the month due to vacation and snacking at night. Therefore, I need to get back on induction when I get back.

You must really be determined with choosing to start induction on a holiday weekend! Good luck over the next few days. I still plan on eating LC this weekend, but I'm not going to start induction again until I get back.

Default Day 4 and happy

I'm finishing day 4 and I feel really good tons and tons of energy. I am not craving sugar too much. I am discovering a few tricks:

I premake lettuce wrap burgers with all my favorites and have them ready
trader joes wasabi mayo with seared tuna
cheddar bites for crackers (fabulous)
Oh and I started making buffalo wings (yummy)

not drinking was kind of hard over the holiday

I am doing some elliptical trainer workouts (light)

Any inducation food ideas??

Awesome job alizeVA on day 4!!!!

Today would be Day #2 for me, but I had a bad night and my nerves were tore up and I gave in to alcohol and a chicken sandwich from Wendy's .

So far today I've done great and have the willpower not to fall off the wagon again!

Day #1 (AGAIN) for me! currently have 29 pounds to lose.

so day #12 for me. I feel great and more energy. I have been good about doing some cardio almost every day. I weighed myself and no change but maybe it's adding muscle? Seems odd since Ive been so diligent.

When did you start seeing a on the scale difference?

I had a lot more weight to lose than you, but normally in the first week I lose 6 - 10 lbs. However, most of it is water weight. Also, since I know I don't normally feel well the first couple of weeks, I usually don't start exercising until the 3rd or 4th week. If you didn't exercise before, you could be adding muscle.

Can you notice a difference in your clothes? Sometimes you will lose inches even if you don't see a big difference on the scale.

I feel like I have eaten better that past week or so than I have since I started again in March, but haven't loss much. My ankle was swollen and I had a hard time walking, so I think I was dealing with a lot of inflammation. I finally got back down today and hope that I can keep going.

I tend to eat a lot of plain basic foods. I have 2 eggs every morning and on the weekends, I sometimes have bacon. I love bacon, but tend to overeat it when I make it so I usually just eat it when we eat out. I work, so lunch is the most difficult for me. I work in a hospital that has a cafeteria so I try to plan around the menu, but it is sometimes hard to eat low carb. They have a salad bar, but I can't always get the protein I need. I should take my lunch but I normally don't plan ahead of time.

My supper is usually chicken, fish or a plain hamburger patty and a vegetable.
