Default 100 calorie sweet treat

Hey all...I just wanted to post this because these bars are SOOOOOOO great. It's a pretty big portion and they're made with Splenda. They're 100 calories and worth every single one....The ice cream is so unbelievably smooth and great. Here's the box - they're by Klondike.

I think it's 11 after you minus the sugar alcohols and dietary fiber.

Yep - 20 carbs, 4 gr. diet fiber, 5 gr. sugar alcohols

Although you're not counting carbs on South Beach...

Thanks for the info Gayle!

I've recently found and tried the newest line of Jello no sugar added pudding cups at 60 cals per cup.

You're welcome...I guarantee you will love these bars. They almost have an ultra smooth texture to them. They literally melt in your mouth but in a creamy way. But only this brand - I tried another brand and it's not the same texture. I know they're at the higher end of the sweet treat selection but you won't be disappointed and it seems like a very satisfying size.....I bought them because they were on sale and couldn't believe how good. Hub and kid thought the same!

Have a nice weekend!
