Default "Greetings From Roztom

Just over 60 days on Atkinsish 19.5 lb loss. 12 lbs forst month, 8 lbs second month. Loss has slowed and have been bouncing around but losing slowly, about 1 lb per week now not enough experience to tell if I am plateauing or if tis is a pause that refreshens. I don't have much of an appetite sine LC, I sometimes forget to eat but I do consume cheese and salami and usually have some shrimp and green beans or burger and broccoli for dinner, I am really not counting calories but do try to keep the carbs 20-30. I take meds so my Ketosis is inconsistent. The only downside so far with my loss is that I have lost my butt and the skin is loose back there, a first for me. I started at 222.5 on 9/29/06 and am 203.0 today 12/1/06 -19.5 I do not have a perpective on what is "normal" loss.
I am concerned that I have a vacation coming up for a week in Mexico and I am concernd that my choices may be limited - any councel from those experienced would be appreciated.

Welcome.
Congrats on your success so far. Most everybody starts to level off after a while. 1-2 lbs a week is healthy.
