I had cholesterol labs taken this morning. I expect a doctor pleasing LDL number this time. All of the other numbers have been good for years. The plan is to go back to keto again (< 20 net carbs). I get great numbers when I eat around 40 net carbs. I can't imagine how the difference between a "healthy" lipid panel and one with a significant CVD risk hinges on 20 messily carbs. My doctor is just going to have to learn to deal with my number on my annual checkups - no mater what it happens to be.

Decent day yesterday, just not according to plan. I appears that I've made a habit of what and how much I eat. It is going to take some work -- and some fits and starts -- to get back into a routine of < 20 net carbs. I'll keep working at it.
