Default Cheated, Now What?

What do I do now that I cheated, do I, the next day start the diet again? Do I say the first week was practise and start offically? What do I do. My best guess is to accept I cheated, get over it, and start the diet at its strictest form the next day. What if it dinnt affect my weight loss? Thanks...

Start over. Put it behind you. Eat your CMs.

Hi Benny,

Do as Zule said. We all have had our cheats. Just pick up and continue on. You might find you have a few cravings today, but you should be able to get right back on track. It won't be near as bad as when you first started.

Hang in there and don't beat yourself up over this. You are only human.
