Another off target day. My DD#2 (Courtney) graduates college in December. That is her motivation to tighten up her Keto program. She's lost over 15 pounds so far, but the last half of the journey is always the hardest. We are going to challenge each other to make progress through the end of the year. We talked about addressing our 'problem areas' last night. Her biggest issues are "food pusher" roommates, getting too loose with the carbs when dining out, and SF sweets. The issues I will work on are too much food in the evening, too much SF sweet in my diet, and not keeping close tabs on my carbs each day. I will be running my 4th Richmond 10K early next year and I want this year to be the first time that I run it in under an hour. I doubt that will happen if I don't shed a few pounds between now and then. That is my motivation. Courtney comes home each weekend for work. Our official challenge starts this Friday.
