I came across a cheddar type cheese sauce by Ragu. It has 3 carbs per l/4 cup. 1/4 goes a long way. Great on the cooked veggies. They also have the 4Brothers sauces. They are like 4 carbs per 1/4 cup. They are rich and creamy with lots of cream, garlic and such. An open jar refridgerated will last for 5 days I believe the label says. Bon Appetit!
