I am trying to get started on The Insulin Resistant Diet and I am looking for a message board to join. If there is anyone out there doing this plan please let me know or let me know where I can find a message board.

I just started doing it about a month ago. I would also like to talk with other people doing the IR Diet! I like it so far. It is really helping with blood sugar problems for me- I have RH as well as IR, and L&B help keep my sugar stable.
