Eat your cm's(I'd include some flax oil, nuts or oliv oil to kill hunger), learn to take it easy on the carbs in your RM's (eat veggies like mad, I mix black/pinto beans into a big thing of broccoli).
The diet is going to be uncomfortable at first. When you restrict carbs/calories and force the body to pull from fat for energy there's no way of getting around the discomfort of switching to fats as the greater fule source. It takes about 3 to 4 weeks for the body to balance its internal energy draw.
In dieting patients pays off more than anything, be patient, do your best not to throw your body any curve balls by gorging.
