Are chicken salad and egg salad okay on Phase I?

At my deli, the chicken salad and egg salad are made with real mayo, chicken or egg, and celery, no sugar added. I lost weight eating it on Atkins but wondered if it's allowed on SB. Thanks!

Check the ingredients and see that they are all on the list of allowed foods. If there's nothing "forbidden" in it, I say chow down!
