Default Well, it looks like I have a yeast problem. Questions...

I found this site with a listing of the phases and allowed food, http://www.mwilliamson.com/yeastdiet.htm. Is that the diet I need to follow?

Also, what suppliments should I look for to help the die off? I take a vitamin/mineral suppliment currently as well as oil of oregano and I have stevia that contains grapefruit seed extract. What else should I look for? I have some acidophilis & bifidus in the fridge but it belongs to my boyfriend's dad, although I haven't seen him take it in a while.

I should add that I don't really have all that much money to spend on expensive suppliments so anything that I could find at a reasonable price from a health food store would be optimal. I don't have health insurance so even seeing a doctor is not something I can manage right now.

Any help is appreciated.

This diet sounds like a wonderful idea to help with your yeast. You may also want to research alkaline/acid diets to reduce the acid in your system. Definitely take the acidolphus and try lactobacillus sporogen. Vitamin B, biotin and garlic also help.
