Thumbs up "Milk" Shake for low carbers YUMMY

I take the aitkin shakes (strawberry, or chocolate) and I don't think they taste good alone, so I add Carb smart ice cream to it. I take strawberry Smart Carb ice cream and a aitkins strawberry shake and blend it so it's still a tad thick. It equals 6 carbs but I split it with my fiancee and it still gives me a whole cup at 3 carbs. I usually add more ice cream than the one serving with 4 carbs. The chocolate is really good that way too. I did try it with the weight watchers low carb shakes since they are cheaper than aitkin shakes but they didn't taste as good. I also tried vanilla ice cream with a strawberry shake and it wasnt as good, Strawberry shake and strawberry ice cream or all choc or all vanilla.....
