Default Newbie in the UK

Hi, I'm new to this board. Been doing Atkins since 22nd November 2003 and so far have lost 30 pounds. I started at 242 pounds, now I'm 212. I'm currently in OWL phase and about to move to 30g of carbs a day. Still got a long way to go, but feeling very positive about suceeding.

I'm in the UK so will probably hang out on the UK section a lot.

I love low-carbing and I'm finding it really easy to stick to. It's great not just for the weight loss but also for how much better I feel since cutting out all those junk carbs.

Default Hi there

Hi gollum

I am in the UK too...

Have been low-carbing since January 2003, so just over a year now.

Come over and say hello in my journal and let me know how your getting on.

Good luck and keep smiling :-)

Helen.
