Default New to program...normal to urinate all the time?

I have a hard time getting up and down from my chair because of knee problems and I use a walker. It starts at 5AM and I am up every hour going potty. Then, all day even though I am not drinking an excessive amt of water. Anyone else have this problem?

You are losing your water weight and that is a good thing. This will probably be reflected on the scales.
Whatever you do though, don't reduce your water intake. You need lots of water to flush out the toxins and assist weight loss.
Hopefully as time goes on and you lose the weight the pressure on your knees will be alleviated and you won't suffer so much pain.
Try and stay with it and good luck

Perfectly normal, the reasons why: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=365499
You only need to drink water when thirsty, also have two cups of salty broth to help balance electrolytes, but your body will still be jettisoning the excess body water. If you have been very Inflamed that may be a lot of water for a while, but often blood pressure will come down and joint inflammation starts to improve...so hang in there.
Profile says you have read Atkins book...they are much better explaining the science and practical advice for the first weeks of diet, the 2010 edition is good.
