Good morning. Love the meat wrapped dill pickles, so tasty!

I've been posting in my journal. I've decided to give the Carb Nite Solution a try. Last night was my first carb nite. We shall see how it goes. I really like the idea of having a 6-8 hour window (starting around 3 p.m.) about every 5 days where I can eat pretty much whatever I want. The rest of the time it is ultra low carb (30 grams or less a day).

I will be interested is seeing how you make out with carb nite. I have heard some good things about it. Not ready to try it myself, but interested in seeing how others do.

Think it's gonna be an egg day today. Have to be out the door by 5:30pm so no real time to make dinner. Eggs are quick and easy. Maybe they will nudge the scale into moving.

Eggs and cheese on the menu today. Nuked herb and garlic cheese last night and made wonderful "crackers". Hey, has anyone made zucchini chips? Thinking I might have to make some.
