Needing Advice
Could someone please give me feedback. I am planning to return to the gym August 1st. I have been away for approximately 6 months. My past routine was cardio/free weights. I have been focusing on weight lost over the past few months and have did fairly well. Will I begin to gain back, scale wise when I start to build muscle? Will I start to be hungrier? I have experienced this in the past. And as strange as it sounds, I am worried about going back. I have never did my regular routine while LC. Thanks for your help.
