Default Jackfruit

Recently found canned green jackfruit in brine at Trader Joe's. My daughter says that it can be used as a meat substitute such as in pulled pork sandwiches. It only has 6 net carbs in the whole can. I was wondering if anybody had any good recipes using jackfruit. I have seen a lot of them on the vegan websites but they're not necessarily low carb.

I have also been curious about it. I have seen it at whole foods and on recipe blogs and such. I don't have a recipe, but it looks like it is often pulled pork sub. I would try a sf BBQ type of marinade?

If you try it, report back please.
