Another great, Canadian product. This oil is organic, cold pressed and extra-virgin. The flavour is an incredible pollen-y taste that's very floral. It's a beautiful, deep gold colour.

The flavour is quite intense, so you may have to cut it with olive oil to tone it down, depending on your taste. There is no bitterness at all.
