Trying the Body for Life Method

20 minutes cardio (walking/Jogging Hitting 10 4 x's)
approx 45 minutes of Arm/Chest/Shoulders (upper body) work with free weights

Out of town but did get 20 minutes of walk/jog in before I left to go out of town !!

Tuesday am 6:00 am -

cardio 20 minutes walk/jog with dh. hit high point with a fast jog 4 times

Did lower body yesterday very sore today!

ouch!
