MOMD 2 days.. but really need to define my rules.

Am doing LC, but not doing induction, and not trying to avoid all foods at networking events (e.g. I had 1/2 a breakfast pita today because the networking breakfast was at the Pita Pit, but am having just eggs and bacon tomorrow because I have that choice at the networking even at Luby's)

Sheesh.. so little time!!

Will be back with news from the past week or so.. including re-entering dance competitions, but this time as a pro!

I am MOMD day SIX! Yay me!! 6lbs down too!!

This is my post summary from LAST week with a picture (when I say last week I mean the week ending March 25).

It's been a fabulous week. I've had the opportunity to help people with their getaways, I'm on the verge of beginning my journey to healthfulness, and Joyce and I danced at the Texas Hoe Down! We did proAm where she is the Amateur and gets judged while she dances with me. It was also my first competition as the pro in proAm. Wonderful experience for us to do this together.

She did only a partial program for this first competition, but did come in second in both of her dances. This weeks begins the preparations for our next competition in April.


Tying up several trips this week and working on everything from Disney to the Danube!

Will post a few more pics from the competition, but here is the one we posed for.

Took yesterday to re-evaluate... the next week is a changeover...for now my "domain" is as I decide it--figure that makes it "mine" . Hope everyone is ok with that.

Starting anew today.

Exactly Gypsy and Arielle. There are many ways back to health... the key thing is that whatever you are doing... lay it out and follow it. Make a decision to keep it.

Difficult to consume so much vegie. Odd that appetite is dropping like a rock.
Using more cooked veg to meet quota; still working on getting enough veg

My appetite would definitely drop with a goal of eating a lot of veggies.. LOL In fact I would have no appetite at all!! LOL

Seriously though, everyone needs to find the thing that will work for them.
