Unhappy Pork rind overdose

I was just gona have a few and I sat there and ate the whole darn bag. about a medium size bag. I'm not buying them anymore. They are like air! you can just keep eating them.

Gwennie, I don't think there are any carbs in pork rinds, so you did no harm to your carb intake by eating them.

So from that perspective, you didn't cheat at all. Remember, you're trying to keep your calories up at least at 10-12x your body weight--this is not a starvation diet at all. If it's calorie intake that makes you worry, you probably don't have to.

If your concern is that you lost control, I understand your worry. It's a good thing to learn which foods we cannot control our intake of, and avoid them or buy them only rarely and in single-serving portions.
So you've learned about you and pork rinds! this is good news--finding our way to a permanent LC way of eating is a series of lessons.
