Okay NOW I have to stop by the store and satisfy this sudden craving for crack slaw!!! Thanks ladies!!! HAHAHA

Hmmm... I generally make mine similar to Linda's except I leave out the sesame oil and I use red pepper flakes for the cayenne. I am intrigued by the other flavor suggestions!!! I think I feel an experiment night coming on!!!

Go for it!
I find that the flavors I enjoy can easily be incorporated into this dish.
That is why I have made it in an Italian version along with Szechuan, Indian and Mexican.
I also don't only use beef and use a lot of grd. turkey.

Well, I ended up not making crackslaw at all. By the time I got to making it I was just too tired so I just tossed some chicken, sour cream and whatever else I had handy together and it turned out okay.

Now it is so hot I don't want to cook so I am thinking of making a crackslaw salad.
