Unhappy My 1st cheat

I have to confess also. I only have 3 more days of induction to go and I blew it already.
I had my final exam last night for Biology, I came home feeliing really good about it and thought i'd celebrate with a sugar free jello cup and a tbsp of nutri whip. The first mouthful was wonderful, the second one made me feel sick to my stomach. Needless to say, I handed it over to my hubby, and blamed him for letting me eat it. I felt bad for blaming him but felt even worse for eating it in the first place.

wow, that's the smallest cheat I've ever heard of! Good for you for keeping it so small.

I don't intend this to sound mean, but I love hearing that cheats made someone feel sick--what motivation to stay away from foods that are bad for us, right? In this sense, they aren't "cheats" at all, but just great opportunities for learning

Forgive yourself, congrats on acing that exam (I have faith that you did), and just get right back to induction.

Thanks razzle for the words of encouragement. I'm back on induction today and drinking lots of water. Won't find out till Monday how i did on the exam.
I'll know better next time to stay away from the sweets.

Have a good day

Melissa
